Fabian Orozco

For more than 30 years, I have educated and transformed individuals ranging from 10 to 90 years old. My approach is built on decades of personal experience, continuous education, experimentation, and practical application. I believe that every individual is unique, which is why I develop customized systems based on each person’s goals, needs, lifestyle, and physical condition.

My primary area of expertise is General and Sports Nutrition, with an extensive background in amateur and professional competitive bodybuilding, as well as the General public. I have been an athlete for more than 25 years, and my experience includes judging for the NPC and IFBB Pro League in the United States and internationally.

I have also served as a domestic and international seminar presenter for MHP and MuscleMeds, and worked at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic in Spain and Brazil as an MHP STRONG Host. I am also a MHP and MuscleMeds Supplements Specialist.

My coaching philosophy goes far beyond exercise and nutrition. I develop individualized training systems designed specifically for each client and educate them about the human body, its functions, nutrition, training, recovery, and overall wellness.

My goal is not simply to create an amazing physical transformation. I want every client to gain the knowledge and education necessary to maintain their results and live a healthier, stronger, and happier life for years to come.

I don’t just teach a lifestyle—I live it every day.
