THE ELITE COMMUNITY / 30
Let their progress inspire your next step.

PROGRESS STARTS SOMEWHERE
Maybe you want to feel better in your clothes, get stronger, or make exercise part of your life again. You can bring that goal to Elite without already knowing how to reach it.
Use this progress as inspiration for your own goal. Below, see how a sample training week, practical food habits, and regular check-ins could support your next step.
Talk about your goalsIndividual results vary.
BUILD YOUR OWN ROUTINE
The sample below shows how a training week could fit around work and family. Your trainer will choose the exercises, loads, and pace that suit you.
Practice a suitable squat or sit-to-stand, a supported row, and an incline push-up. Use the time to learn setup, breathing, and controlled movement.
A comfortable walk, a short movement break, or familiar mobility work can help activity fit into an ordinary day.
Revisit familiar patterns and practice an appropriate hinge or step-up. Record what felt manageable and discuss the next progression.
Look at what you completed, how you recovered, and what your schedule allows next. Adjust the plan around the life you actually have.
SUPPORT THE WORK
Support your sessions with food habits you can repeat on a busy day. Use these examples to talk with your trainer about meals, planning ahead, and the support that would help you most.
If lunch usually happens between meetings, choose a meal you can prepare or buy reliably. Start with the point in the day that most needs a plan.
Build meals around foods you enjoy. Discuss protein sources, vegetables, carbohydrates, portions, and preferences with the professional guiding you.
Make a short shopping list and keep convenient ingredients available. A backup meal can make an unpredictable evening easier to manage.
Talk about appetite, energy, practical barriers, and what feels sustainable. Nutrition support should adapt alongside your training.
SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE
Your progress can show up in the mirror, in your training log, and in how you feel throughout the day. Choose a few useful measures with your trainer and check them consistently, so you can see what is changing.
| What to follow | At the start | At your check-in |
|---|---|---|
| Strength & technique | Record the exercise, load, and repetitions you can control. | Compare the same movement and discuss the next step. |
| Consistency | Choose appointments that fit your calendar. | Review attendance and adjust around obstacles. |
| Energy & everyday life | Describe the activities you want to feel more confident doing. | Notice changes in the tasks that matter to you. |
| Body measurements | Agree on relevant measures and how to take them. | Use the same method and consider the wider picture. |
